UPCOMING PMC CLASSES
What makes a good teacher? Is it the fact that I have passed all three certification
courses? Is it that I have taught for more than 12 years? Yes I am skilled in PMC, glass and
painting. But does that make me a good teacher? No it doesn't. What makes me a good
teacher is my passion, and the confidence I have in my ability to relate that excitement through
the classes I teach, and the art you create. Class sizes are small to give you lots of personal

Golds and Enamels
Adding glass enameled color or gold accents to your PMC projects are easy once you know the tricks. In this two part
afternoon workshop you will create several pieces of wonderful jewelry. We will then learn all the dos and don't of

Precious Metal Clay Advanced Techniques 3
Dichroic Glass and Setting Natural Stones: Mix pure silver with beautiful dichroic glass cabochons to create a fabulous
pendent or pair of earrings.. Framing, construction and the dos and don’ts of working with glass and PMC is a major
focus. Our second project will be setting a beautiful natural into PMC You will witness two demonstrations on setting
naturals stones into your PMC projects, and then you will have the chance to master one of these techniques. You will
also have the chance to set a natural pearl. This class is for advanced PMC folk. Bring your enthusiasm, and I will

Precious Metal Clay Basics and Beyond
This class is for the first time user as well as for folks who have had a chance to "dabble" with PMC. We will create both
a pendent and earrings using many different techniques. Textures, jump rings, setting stones, different types of bails,
working with PMC Paper, kiln firing as well as torch firing will be covered.

2 Day Hollow Forms Workshop
In this two day class we will learn a number of different techniques to making hollow pure silver forms. Working with
PMC Slip, Paper and use of PMC Syringe you will create beads, pendents and more. Cork clay, paint natural twigs and
leaves, pasta and so much more. This is a fun class for all levels. You will walk away with a number of fabulous
pieces. Setting CZ’s will also be covered. Class cost includes everything you will need. Bring your enthusiasm and I

TONYA DAVIDSON AND RIO GRANDE PMC CERTIFICATION. and weekend of fabulous lessons being taught by PMC's
foremost instructor. I have had 3 PMC Certifications and I have to say that Rio's is the best for really high level of
technique and Tonya is one of the most gracious and knowledgeable teachers out there. You will love this 3 day
