PMC GUILD CHAPTER COMES TO FREDERICK
We are the Appalachian Trail PMC Guild and we finally after two years have permanent home.
DBD Art Studios will be hosting our meetings !!! Hurray!
The purpose of our Guild is to help strengthen each of us as artists, by encouragement and support.
We represent Western Maryland, Northern Virginia, South Central Pennsylvania and West
Virginia. Our meeting begins at 6:00pm with "Show and Tell" with a local artist talking about
their work. We also have a challenge as members to help get us out of our comfort zone and we
bring those pieces to discuss our successes as well as our failures. Wine and Cheese will be served
so consider joining us.
Yearly dues are $25 a year and with that you will receive a subscription to the PMC Guild Studio
Magazine as well as other PMC Guild privileges.
August 15th will be a great meeting. We will begin at 6pm with our show and tell time. Our
evening though will focus on the new PMC Bronze clay. We will get to see some samples and talk
about this new and exciting new from of Precious Metal Clay.
October 17th 6pm - Show and Tell followed by demonstration. Keep checking for what really cool
product or technique we will be showing you.
December 12th will end the year with a "what to make for the holidays". We will talk about new
and fun gifts to make for your friends and family this holiday season. Polymer Clay, PMC and
Acrylics are just some of the items.
